HONDA MARINE IS RECOGNIZED FOR EXCELLENCE IN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

For its commitment to excellent customer satisfaction and its efforts to enhance the boating experience, Honda Marine has received a 2004 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award.

The recognition is based on a yearlong survey of new boat owners administered through NMMA's CSI program. Respondents gave Honda Marine a score of 90 or better in overall satisfaction for its outboard engines.

Honda Marine was honored October 27 at a special ceremony during the 2004 International BoatBuilders' Exhibition and Conference (IBEX) in Miami. Accepting the award, Senior Manager John Fulcher said, "Honda Marine is very proud of the satisfaction and confidence that consumers have shown in our four-stroke technology and excellent level of service provided by our dealers. This recognition reflects not only on the performance and reliability of our engines but also on the level of dedication that our dealers have in meeting customer satisfaction needs."
