New National Commodore Sworn-in - Takes Lead in Transformation of US Coast Guard Auxiliary

The new National Commodore of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary, Commodore Gene Seibert, will lead the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary, a 35,000-member uniformed, volunteer component of the United States Coast Guard. Seibert’s vision for the Auxiliary in the Post-9/11 era is an organization that will meet America’s changing maritime safety and security challenges while concurrently bringing the American public an array of homeland security and recreational boating and marine and environmental safety programs
