Driver in boat death admits to drinking

BLOOMINGTON -- A rural Hudson man admitted Monday to drinking while operating the boat from which his friend fell overboard and drowned.
McLean County Associate Judge William DeCardy sentenced Jacob Graybill to 100 days in jail and ordered him to spend 24 months on probation for being under the influence June 13 while in charge of a pontoon boat at Lake Bloomington.
